I was admitted as a lawyer in Queensland in 2001. I have practiced exclusively and extensively in corporate advisory, commercial law and intellectual property.
My particular expertise lies in complex contract drafting, mergers/acquisitions/divestments, trademark registrations and prosecutions.
I have sat on numerous company boards and statutory boards, and offer pragmatic legal solutions to complex commercial issues.
